Khashayar Mohammadi is the founder and principal at eNet, an IT management consulting firm. After receiving his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, he joined AT&T Bell Laboratories, where he worked to help develop the telecommunication industry standards and technologies for broadband services. He worked on business and technical aspects of transition of the cable industry to a digital environment in support of video and telecommunication services. Khashayar has received three patents related to telecommunication architecture for cable and telephony networks. He has also contributed to the development of key technologies such as multimedia messaging and broadband systems.
Currently, his consulting company assists clients with planning, design, and implementation of new ICT technologies/architectures. His practice areas include: technology assessment, business & financial analysis, business-IT alignment, risk management, and intellectual properties. He has had extensive experience in serving a wide-range of industry clients including: telecom, energy, financial services, insurance, and media. His past and current clients include: AT&T, Cisco Systems, NTT, Samsung, Sony, and Siemens.
Dr. Mohammadi founded eNet, Inc. in 1996. He has authored several papers on telecommunication network architecture and technology. Khashayar is also a registered professional engineer. He is PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), and Six Sigma Black Belt.
