Kenneth Acks is currently an Adjunct Instructor at New York University in the Schack’s Institute of Real Estate master’s program teaching Real Estate Valuation and Feasibility Analysis. He also conducts research, and delivers additional special lectures. He is the Founder & CEO of The Cost-Benefit Group, LLC. It is an economic consulting & real estate analysis firm which produces studies of more than 950 projects worth over $4 billion dollars in 140 counties and 28 states. The firm focuses upon estimating the economic impacts of environmental hazards upon real estate, and provides a wide range of other econ and financial services. For the last 35 years, he also serves as Managing Editor for Environmental Valuation and Cost-Benefit News.
