Dr. Richard D. Ross has over 25 years of experience in real estate finance, real estate development, and sustainable construction. He has experience in financing commercial and multifamily developments and has assisted for-profit and non-profit developers in raising capital, including government grants, equity, debt, LIHTCs, and public and private housing bond financing. He is co-founder and CEO of Senergy Technologies, located in Westchester, NY.

Dr. Ross earned his Doctoral Degree in Management from Pace University. He also has an MBA from Baruch College, and a BA in Economics from The City College of New York.
