Sarwar brings in over 30 years of senior level general management, strategic and operational experience in areas of strategy, marketing, IT, training and development. He was CEO of a swiss-based agricultural multinational, Syngenta's operation in Bangladesh prior to immigrating to the USA.
Having graduated with Masters in English Literature, and in Business Administration, Sarwar's career spanned in major operational areas like planning and budgeting, production, human resources including training and development, supply chain, and information technology. Currently he provides consultancy services to small businesses and non-profits.
Teaching is a passion for Sarwar - he brings this passion to class so his students gain from his professional experience and excel in their studies.
