David Bonington is one of only 500 Certified Turnaround Professionals, and has almost 30 years of experience in the corporate restructuring and turnaround field as a bank loan workout officer, financial advisor, and interim manager. He has worked in large and middle-market cases across a spectrum of industries, and been a writer and speaker in programs sponsored by the Turnaround Management Association and American Bankruptcy Institute. In his career as an educator he has taught Finance and Accounting courses at New York University, Mercy College, and Westchester Community College. Mr. Bonington holds BA and MBA degrees from Columbia University.
