Thomas L. Grassi, AIA, PMP, is an adjunct assistant professor at NYU SPS who teaches several seminars and classes both in-person and asynchronously. He is also a program manager with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, where he has worked for almost 30 years. Tom is a Registered Architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Since the days immediately following 9/11, he has worked on the reconstruction of the sites transportation facilities, and is a recipient of the AIAs; Architects of Healing; Presidential Citation, in recognition of his rebuilding efforts; He holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
