Seamless Transfer to NYU SPS and Beyond

<p>Born and raised in Sri Lanka before moving to the United States at the age of 11, Najla Reza transferred to NYU SPS to pursue her passion for UX/UI Design. She earned her BS in Digital Communications and Media at the NYU SPS Division of Applied Undergraduate Studies (DAUS), determined to take her place in the center of the media world. With NYU's unique program offerings and its diverse, supportive environment, Najla found the perfect place to explore her academic and career goals.</p>
<p>Reflecting on her transfer experience, Reza credits the Community College Transfer Opportunity Program (CCTOP) with making her financial transition easy and supporting her throughout her time at NYU. </p>
They made my financial transition process very easy. Not only were they mentors, they were also a great source for incoming new students. Overall, it was a seamless, amazing experience."
<p><span class="p-body">As she prepares to begin her master's program at NYU Steinhardt, Reza offers advice to other transfer students: "Take advantage of the resources provided by NYU CCTOP and make sure to explore the city—meet and connect with people."</span></p>
