<p>When it came time to select a college, the NYU School of Professional Studies quickly rose to the top of <a href="https://www.sps.nyu.edu/explore/degrees-and-programs/aas-in-hospitality-management.html">AAS in Hospitality Management</a> student Yombo Adesanya’s list. “Studying hospitality drew my interest first,” she explains.</p>
<p>“One of my favorite things to do is look at resorts, med spas, and just get a sense of the appeal of the specific place,” says Adesanya, making the <a href="https://www.sps.nyu.edu/about/academic-divisions-and-departments/jonathan-m-tisch-center-of-hospitality.html">Jonathan M. Tisch Center of Hospitality</a>’s extracurriculars, study‑abroad opportunities, and industry‑connected internships an ideal fit.</p>
<p>“I have been learning a lot of in‑depth information in the field—such as careers I had never heard of but am now very interested in,” she shares. Via guest lectures, events, and networking sessions, Adesanya has already begun building connections.</p>
