<p>“Re:Coded was born from my time at CGA”, MS in Global Affairs alum Alexandra Clare explains. She had the idea in 2014 on a trip to Iraq as part of her master's program. Currently, she is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the organization, which developed and monitored over 50 education programs empowering over 5,000 young people from under-resourced communities to upskill and launch meaningful careers in tech. She also leads Re:Coded's fundraising strategy and creates partnerships to advance Re:Coded's strategy and vision.</p> <p> </p>

<p>While Clare has always been focused on social impact, her time at CGA and the knowledge and skills she gained were particularly crucial to launching Re:Coded.
