This course highlights the Harlem Renaissance’s artistic breakthroughs and the entrepreneurial spirit of Tulsa’s Greenwood District. Graduate and undergraduate students will engage with music, texts, and artifacts before traveling to Harlem, New York, and Tulsa, Oklahoma, where they’ll document their experience through a curated digital journal.
