But as organizations push for greater scale, many are beginning to ask a more difficult question: Has scalable coaching actually translated into scalable development? It seems that coaching scaled, development didn't. What does that mean for where we go next?

In this fireside conversation, Korn Ferry leaders examine the next evolution of development at scale and why coaching alone may no longer be sufficient. The discussion will explore how assessment, talent science, AI, learning, organizational context, and coaching are beginning to converge into more connected development ecosystems designed to improve readiness, personalization, and business impact. Drawing on emerging research and industry experience, the session will challenge assumptions about what scalable development truly requires — and why organizations may need to move beyond fragmented coaching platforms toward integrated talent intelligence and contextual insight.

ABOUT DON TOMLINSON
Don Tomlinson is the General Manager of Learning & Professional Development at Korn Ferry, where he leads the strategy and innovation behind Korn Ferry's learning, coaching, and leadership development solutions.
