Inclusive Leadership and Management in Hospitality and Tourism
The pandemic has catalyzed significant shifts in the hospitality and tourism industries, emphasizing the importance of belonging and inclusion as central to the guest experience. This course examines the unique needs and concerns of diverse traveler groups, including LGBTQ+, Black, Asian, solo women travelers, travelers with disabilities, and others. Students will gain a deeper understanding of how to deliver on the promise of an inclusive welcome, a theme increasingly reflected in global marketing strategies.
