Topics include the processing, underwriting, closing, and servicing of CRE loans; the setting of interest rates and margins; the monitoring of covenants/annual review and tracking of financial data; funding provisions; loan program development; marketing; hedging; compliance; loan workouts; and the loan foreclosure process.
