This two-day intensive workshop introduces the foundational body-based tools that support sustainable, resilient vocal performance. Designed for singers, voice teachers, speech-language pathologists, and movement professionals, this workshop blends manual therapy principles, biomechanics, nervous system regulation, and performance science to uncover how the body organizes for voice.
Participants will explore dynamic movement, self-massage, breath mechanics, and pressure modulation to identify where their system may be overworking or under-supporting the voice—and learn strategies to restore balance, adaptability, and vocal ease.
Participants will experience the key concepts from Vocal Resilience Foundations 1 & 2—including anatomy, assessments, movement drills, breathwork, and self-massage techniques—and learn how to apply the full system of the Five Foundations for personal use.
The course culminates in an overview of how to integrate these principles into teaching or therapeutic settings, serving as an entry point to The Visceral Voice Academy for those who wish to dive deeper.
