Independent Study in Tourism

An Independent study provides the opportunity to work with a faculty member on a well-defined specific topic via independent study. Approved topics should be extensions of existing courses previously taken in areas in which no tourism courses area offered. The course content may be but is not limited to a specific course in the Graduate degree program but may also be designed for the student to research a topic that is not included in the current curriculum. Requires prior approval of appropriate faculty advisor.
