Dana Pulley, MA, MCC is an executive coachand leadership development consultant. After a 20+ year career as a leader in corporate consulting, she founded Stillwater Leadership in 2012 to enable leaders and their teams to thrive in today’s complex environments. She provides coaching and facilitates learning experiences for senior leaders through C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies, Federal government agencies, and NGOs. She serves on the faculty of several corporate leadership universities as well as adjunct faculty for Georgetown University and New York University. She also taught mindfulness practices to leaders in corporatesettings for almost a decade. Her work with clients and students is influenced by neuroscience, adult development and complexity theory, body intelligence, and contemplative practice. She is passionate about teaching and is known for her pragmatic approach, addressing reality, allowing the wisdom in the room to emerge, and humor. Dana earned the prestigious Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation from the International Coach Federation in 2021 and holds certifications in leadership coaching from Georgetown University and somatic coaching from the Strozzi Institute. She also holds certifications in teaching mindfulness in corporate settings from the Potential Project and Google’s Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute. She earned a B.A. in Psychology from James Madison University and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University
