Elitza Ranova brings extensive experience in leadership coaching and development, training and facilitation as well as expertise in the social sciences and health-related fields. Elitza holds a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with over 1300 client hours. She supports coaching clients from a variety of industries, including finance, tech, pharmaceuticals, medicine, and higher education (for example, Workday, GSK, Pfizer, TIAA, MetLife, Universal, University of Texas – Austin, Rice University).
As a coach, she draws on the lessons learned from her leadership experience as the 2024-25 president and 2023-24 president-elect of the ICF New England chapter, and her research experience on NIH-funded studies on medical ethics at the Baylor College of Medicine. She holds a PhD from Rice University in sociocultural anthropology and is certified in the MHS Emotional Intelligence Inventory (EQi- 2.0). In addition to coaching, teaching and mentoring, Elitza serves as an ICF assessor at the PCC level and is an performance evaluator for an ICF Level 1 program. In her spare time, she can be found hiking and enjoying time with her family and their Belgian shepherd dog.
