Nick joined the Schack Institute of Real Estate in 2022, where he teaches workshops for incoming Shack graduate students and continuing education courses on commercial real estate valuation, development and financial modeling. Nick is an accomplished asset management professional with a background in institutional and private equity settings and experience across multiple asset classes. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a MPS in Real Estate from Cornell University.
