Sara Lukinson is a three-time Emmy® award-winning writer and documentary filmmaker best known for her biographical films of artists and creators. She produced film biographies for the Kennedy Center Honors for thirty years. Her films have been shown on network specials, PBS, and HBO. Lukinson has previously taught Autobiography and Memoir: Inside the Heart and Soul of Another at NYU SPS and currently teaches film at the 92nd Street Y and The Smithsonian.
