Her experience includes roles as a teacher, principal, eLearning developer, and Peace Corps volunteer, all of which shape her approach to guiding students in creating effective learning solutions.</p>

<p>When it comes to accommodating diverse learners, Crowley is an expert, employing Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to guide her lessons. She encourages students to design practical, job-relevant courses that honor prior knowledge and experience. In the Learning Design Capstone, students create real-world learning experiences with detailed feedback from Crowley and their peers. A critical component of the course is marketing—students strategize how to promote their training, an aspect often overlooked in instructional design.</p>
