As the policy and regulatory manager at Captona, Reckford’s work covers many areas of responsibility. He monitors policy and regulatory changes related to renewable energy and explains how these trends will affect the company, its current portfolio, and its future. Additionally, he leads the company’s stakeholder engagement work and assists with deal execution.

Reckford's CGA experience prepared him well for his career and provided him “with a deep understanding of the energy system and how policy drives private sector decisions as it relates to investment decisions in the energy sector.” He also references the community and network at CGA, which “gave [him] a platform to meet a range of different companies and organizations, which allowed [him] to make connections.”
