<p><span class="p-body">This immersive, two day executive education experience is designed specifically for mid- to senior-level publishing professionals looking to lead with impact, expand their networks, and equip themselves with actionable tools and strategies to prepare for what’s next in the industry. A course, not a conference, NYU API offers workshops, strategy sessions, and unique industry case studies to help you expand your knowledge, your professional toolkit, and your business. The program will be conducted by an outstanding group of thought leaders who are paving the way. NYU API will take place January 6-7, 2027, on-campus at NYU.</span></p>

Drawing upon his nearly 19 years of experience at Amazon, including overseeing the global books and media businesses, and his new role in publishing, Greg explores how questioning the status quo can help publishing leaders innovate, engage deeper with audiences, and achieve stronger outcomes and growth.</p>

<b>Sanyu Dillon</b>, President, Random House Publishing Group, Penguin Random House, delivered the opening keynote address at the first NYU Advanced Publishing Institute in 2024. She returns four years later to reflect on how the industry has changed and to share her perspective and her predictions on what is next for publishers. Drawing on her many years as a leader and expert in evaluating market trends and reader behavior, she will help API attendees carry forward their classroom learnings to the workplace.</p>

Getting down to brass tacks, Dean takes us through the elements of a successful change: long form videos, short form videos, posting cadence, thumbnails, and video descriptions. </span></p>
