Jason Chung, Senior Research Scholar

Jason Chung is an attorney in New York State and has received common and civil law degrees from McGill University’s Faculty of Law in Montreal, Canada (B.C.L., LL.B.), a Masters in Political Science from the Universiteit van Amsterdam in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (M.Sc.) and a Bachelor of Arts Honours from McGill University’s Faculty of Arts in Montreal, Canada (B.A. Hon.). Prior to joining NYUSS, he worked in areas of regulatory law in Hong Kong and Montreal and worked for the federal government in various roles in policy, programs and investigations in his native Canada. He currently leads the research team in formulating solutions in law and policy in the domains of sports concussion to law, anti-doping, athlete physical and mental health, corporate social responsibility and emerging technologies in health and sports.
