Begin your coaching journey with an ICF-accredited program

The Certificate in Executive Coaching is designed for professionals who want to develop foundational and practical knowledge of coaching within a business context. New York University is a Level 2 ICF Accredited Coaching Education Provider. If students choose, they can complete the additional Mentor Coaching course, which includes 9 group mentor coaching hours and 3 one-on-one mentor coaching hours, as well as the final performance evaluation assessed at the PCC level. Upon successful completion of the Certificate in Executive Coaching, plus the Mentor Coaching course, students can apply the program toward an ICF credential using the "Level 2 / ACTP Path."

Each course provides 36 synchronous hours and 14 asynchronous hours of instruction, which will entitle students to earn 50 ICF coach education contact hours per course.
