This designation is part of NYU’s Green Workplace Certification program, which is designed to help improve sustainability across workplaces University-wide.</span></p> <p><span class="p-body">In addition to the NYU SPS awards, the community recognized the achievement of&nbsp;<a href="/content/sps-nyu/faculty-directory/1941-donatella-delfino.html" target="_self">Donatella Delfino</a>, clinical professor of mathematical studies within the NYU SPS Division of Applied Undergraduate Studies, for being bestowed a&nbsp;<a href="https://www.nyu.edu/academics/awards-and-highlights/university-distinguishedteachingawards.html" target="_blank">2022-2023 NYU Distinguished Teaching Award</a>.</span></p>

<p><span class="p-body">Established in 1987, these University-wide awards highlight NYU's commitment to teaching excellence and are given annually to selected outstanding faculty members. Recipients are presented with a research stipend. Delfino is the second NYU SPS professor to take home one of these prestigious awards.</span></p> <p><span class="p-body">Congratulations to all of the NYU SPS faculty and staff honored this year, and we would like thank you all of the honorees for their continued commitment and dedication to the NYU SPS community.</span></p>
