Tisch Center of Hospitality, the Tech4TH Executives.</span></p> <p><span class="p-body"><b>Siva Vajjhala, CEO<br> </b>With a career spanning 27+ years, Siva brings rich experience in consulting, IT services, and software products. Most recently, Siva was the CEO of LitmusWorld, a B2B SaaS company, and TSI that provided TPF services, products, and solutions to worldwide airlines, GDSs, and hotels.</span></p> <p><span class="p-body">Before TSI, Siva spent 13 years at Mindtree, where he held several positions, including as the Global Head for Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality industry vertical and as the Global Head for Data &amp; Analytics Solutions. He has also worked at Advanced Computer Software Group, Manthan Systems, and at Cambridge Technology Partners (now called Atos Consulting), where he started his career. Siva holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics &amp; Communication and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Rhode Island, USA. When Siva is not running the company, you will probably find him running down a trail, cycling, or reading a (non-business, non-fiction) book.</span></p> <p><span class="p-body"><b>Ranjith Kutty, Chief Strategy Officer<br> </b>Ranjith is passionate about working with enterprises to craft creative technology solutions to business problems. Over the last 22 years, played a wide range of roles across software development, consulting, pre-sales, and relationship management. He has successfully orchestrated solution-led selling for enterprises in the Travel, Transportation and Hospitality space working with leading airlines, hotel brands, vacation rentals, car rental companies and travel technology companies.</span></p> <p><span class="p-body">Ranjith started his career with Wipro Technologies and later joined Mindtree as part of the seed team for the Travel and Transportation vertical. Over the last decade, he has been instrumental in crafting digital-led offerings, evangelizing them and engaging with customers to deliver these offerings. Ranjith completed his graduate program in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.&nbsp;When Ranjith is not creating solutions, you will probably find him creating a new dish in the kitchen, tinkering with a Lego set or trying his hand at writing.</span></p> <p><span class="p-body"><b>Venkat Nandikolla, Chief Revenue Officer<br> </b>Venkat has over 24 years of exceptional global sales, digital consulting and leadership experience leading to exponential business creation for technology companies in multiple geographies. His mantra is building long-term trusted partnerships with CXOs by focusing on helping them achieve their business goals through digital transformation initiatives. His focus on being a change agent for his customers is what drove significant growth for his teams.</span></p> <p><span class="p-body">During his leadership journey, he has repeatedly incubated sales and industry teams leading to significant growth. As the North America leader for Digital Business, he incubated the digital sales team for Mindtree and built a collaborative ecosystem of partners including hyper-scalers, product companies as well as analysts and advisors leading to the highest growth in the company. Under his leadership, the CPG, Retail, and Manufacturing verticals in Mindtree grew into the largest vertical group by revenues. His most recent role was at Infosys where he was the leader for the largest portfolio for the company in Industrial Manufacturing in North America which he helped grow by high double digits in run rate in less than a year.</span></p> <p><span class="p-body">Venkat holds an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. When Venkat is not figuring out a way to deliver value to our customers, he’s either busy cooking for his family and friends or cheering his favorite soccer team while losing his voice in the process.</span></p>
