Executive Master’s in Marketing and Strategic Communications Immersion Week

<p>A key component of the Executive Master’s in Marketing and Strategic Communications at NYU SPS is Immersion Week, a five-day, in-person residency held in New York City to kick off the program. Immersion Week introduces you to the program’s interdisciplinary framework. Curriculum emphasizes integrated marketing strategy, data-informed decision-making, and executive leadership. Through lectures, workshops, and case-based learning exercises, you explore not only the theoretical, but the practical, applicable dimensions of strategic communications.</p>
<p>You'll participate in a site visit to a leading company or firm and attend panel discussions featuring senior executives from diverse sectors. These sessions provide insight into current trends, organizational challenges, and leadership strategies from across the marketing and communications arena. In previous years, Immersion Week has included visits to LinkedIn and Amazon, and featured speakers such as Penry Price, VP of Marketing Solutions at LinkedIn; Kathryn Metcalfe, former CMO at CVS Health; Stephan Gans, SVP and Chief Consumer Insights and Analytics Officer at PepsiCo; and Cortney Stapleton, CEO at the Bliss Group, among others.</p>
