Division of Programs in Business Partners with the New York State Attorney General’s Office to Deliver Leadership and Team-Building Training

<p><span class="p-body">This program is a collaboration between the NYU SPS Division of Programs in Business (DPB) and the New York State Office of the Attorney General (NYAG) to provide a specialized training program focused on Leadership and Team-Building. The program is designed to enhance the leadership skills of NYAG professionals through expert-led instruction, interactive exercises, and real-world applications.</span></p>

Program Focus Areas

<p><span class="p-body"><b>Leadership Development</b> – Best practices in leadership for legal professionals.</span></p> <p><span class="p-body"><b>Effective Team-Building</b> – Strategies to enhance collaboration and teamwork in legal settings.</span></p> <p><span class="p-body"><b>Customized Learning Experience</b> – Learning objectives are finalized in consultation with NYU SPS faculty and the NYS Office of the Attorney General.</span></p>

Program Customization

<p><span class="p-body">This training program is tailored to the needs of NYAG professionals, focusing on leadership and team-building skills relevant to their roles. Faculty consultations ensure the course content is aligned with the challenges and responsibilities of the NYAG’s office.</span></p> <p><span class="p-body">The program is structured as an intensive 5-day training to maximize impact within a limited timeframe.</span></p>

Participants

<p><span class="p-body">Up to 25 participants from the NYS Office of the Attorney General can be enrolled in this program.</span></p>

<p><span class="p-body">This program aims to equip NYAG professionals with leadership skills essential for managing teams effectively, and foster collaboration and teamwork. Additionally, this program provides participants with actionable strategies they can apply in their roles.</span></p>

Program Highlights

<p><span class="p-body">This program is led by expert NYU SPS faculty, specializing in leadership and team dynamics.</span></p> <p><span class="p-body">The program's interactive workshops are designed to enhance learning. Additionally, the tailored curriculum is developed in collaboration with the NYS Office of the Attorney General in order to ensure relevance with the participants’ current roles.</span></p>

Outcome

<p><span class="p-body">This program allows participants to gain practical leadership and team-building skills, enhancing their ability to manage teams, improve workplace collaboration, and drive successful outcomes within the NYAG’s office.</span></p>
