<p><span class="p-body">Uta Knablein, known for her calm and practical approach to guiding teams through change, is a Chief Product & Experience Officer with a track record of leading product and transformation initiatives, most notably helping scale the iHeartMedia digital business and platforms to serve more than 167 million users and generate over $1 billion in revenue. As a Strategic Advisor, she partners with C-suite leaders to drive product-led transformations, modernize legacy cultures into dynamic product-operating models, and navigate the evolving intersection of Generative AI and enterprise security. Uta has held leadership roles at globally recognized organizations including iHeartMedia, WeightWatchers, Viacom/Nickelodeon, and JPMorgan. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for fostering data-driven cultures, leading large-scale modernization initiatives, and supporting organizations as they innovate and scale.</span></p>
