<p><span class="p-body">The NYU School of Professional Studies Human Capital Management (HCM) Department is delighted to announce the appointment of Lucien Alziari as an Executive in Residence for the Academic Year 2025-2026. This distinguished role bridges the classroom and the boardroom, giving students and faculty direct access to the insights of a global HR leade</span></p>
<p><span class="p-body">Mr. Alziari brings decades of C-level experience across industries and geographies, most notably as Chief Human Resources Officer at Prudential Financial, A.P. Moller-Maersk, and Avon. Before becoming a Chief HR Officer, he led PepsiCo’s renowned talent management programs. Most recently, he partnered with Prudential’s CEO to lead the company’s multi-year transformation into a more nimble, market-oriented enterprise. He is also a seasoned global board director, bringing deep experience with compensation committees, CEO succession processes, and coaching C-suite teams in driving change.</span></p>
<p><span class="p-body">As Executive in Residence, Mr. Alziari will guest lecture across programs, mentor students, advise faculty, consult on convening the HCM Advisory Board, and contribute to global initiatives. His work will help shape learning, expand networks, and prepare the next generation of HR and business leaders.</span></p>
