<p><span class="p-body">The NYU School of Professional Studies Human Capital Management (HCM) Department is delighted to announce the appointment of Lucien Alziari as an Executive in Residence for the Academic Year 2025-2026. This distinguished role bridges the classroom and the boardroom, giving students and faculty direct access to the insights of a global HR leade</span></p> <p><span class="p-body">Mr. Alziari brings decades of C-level experience across industries and geographies, most notably as Chief Human Resources Officer at Prudential Financial, A.P. Moller-Maersk, and Avon. Before becoming a Chief HR Officer, he led PepsiCo’s renowned talent management programs. Most recently, he partnered with Prudential’s CEO to lead the company’s multi-year transformation into a more nimble, market-oriented enterprise. He is also a seasoned global board director, bringing deep experience with compensation committees, CEO succession processes, and coaching C-suite teams in driving change.</span></p> <p><span class="p-body">As Executive in Residence, Mr. Alziari will guest lecture across programs, mentor students, advise faculty, consult on convening the HCM Advisory Board, and contribute to global initiatives.
