The NYU Advanced Publishing Institute is a premier executive education course designed for mid- to senior-level book publishing professionals interested in the latest strategies and business practices in book publishing. Speakers and topics for API 2027 to be announced soon!
<p><span class="p-body">This immersive, two day executive education experience is designed specifically for mid- to senior-level publishing professionals looking to lead with impact, expand their networks, and equip themselves with actionable tools and strategies to prepare for what’s next in the industry. A course, not a conference, NYU API offers workshops, strategy sessions, and unique industry case studies to help you expand your knowledge, your professional toolkit, and your business. The program will be conducted by an outstanding group of thought leaders who are paving the way. NYU API will take place January 6-7, 2027, on-campus at NYU.</span></p>
<p><span class="p-body">Sessions will take place from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm daily. There will also be breaks scheduled throughout each day to allow attendees to network with fellow industry professionals. Through an in-depth analysis of successful strategies, attendees will deepen their understanding of the industry and come away with innovative ideas and fresh perspectives on today’s workplace.</span></p>
<p><span class="p-body">This year API will focus on Innovation, Audience, and Analytics, and will include a special morning workshop on the latest strategies to enhance publishing workflow and business practices through thoughtful,strategic use of Artificial intelligence.</span></p>
