Nate Bliss — Founder, Latent Urban Ventures
Nate is founder of Latent Urban Ventures, a strategic advisory and investment platform. He is also developing Latent.NYC, a technology platform that helps identify and evaluate overlooked development opportunities across New York City. Nate previously served as chief of staff to New York City’s first deputy mayor and as executive director for economic development. Before joining City Hall, Nate held senior leadership roles at the New York City Economic Development Corporation. His experience encompasses large-scale development, infrastructure planning, and complex stakeholder negotiations. Nate is a graduate of Columbia University and NYU and lives in Brooklyn.
