Ian Forbes — Architectural designer and financial analyst
Ian has worked as an architectural designer at Farrells in London and Hong Kong and at Studio PDP. As co-founder of Pivot Studio, he delivered feasibility studies for rooftop housing developer Skyroom, alongside residential renovations for homeowners. Ian is also a founding graduate of the London School of Architecture. While working at Exodus, a publicly traded digital asset company, he created the Bitcoin House Price Index, an alternative framework for assessing residential real estate values through their relationship to Bitcoin.
