Ethan Bregman — Founder, Ayton Performance
Ethan is an engineer and founder of Ayton Performance, a consultancy specializing in control systems and automotive engine development for professional motorsports. His projects have won races including the Rolex 24 at Daytona, Indianapolis 500, and 24 Hours of Le Mans. He has also constructed and renovated buildings in New York City and Kyiv. Through BBCC, Ethan is exploring Ukraine’s responsible redevelopment while protecting its architectural and cultural heritage. He holds engineering degrees from Yale and Princeton and a real estate degree from NYU.
