Conor is Design Lead at Patch, a scale-up transforming heritage landmarks into cultural venues and workspaces across the UK, with a particular focus on adaptive reuse and high street regeneration. Trained at the London School of Architecture, he previously worked at Grimshaw in New York and Cullinan Studio in London. His practice bridges design, technology, and community building. Conor serves on New London Architecture’s NextGen Committee and speaks, writes, and develops programming about community-centered urban regeneration.
