Cesar Mesias — Senior economic development specialist, City of Alameda
Cesar is an urbanist with more than 12 years of experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. His work encompasses capital projects, equitable urban development, strategic planning, and economic development. He has contributed to civic design and construction, grassroots advocacy planning, major infrastructure programs, and neighborhood revitalization through business retention and attraction. Working across more than 30 U.S. cities, Cesar has supported over 60 projects ranging in scale from individual lots to regional initiatives.
