Dexter C. Wadsworth is a real estate consultant and entrepreneur.  He advises small to medium-level tenants, developers, investors and lenders regarding land use and regulatory matters, local market economics, project valuation and feasibility, transactional procedures and marketing and sale/lease-up.

Before returning to NYU as an Adjunct Professor, Mr. Wadsworth fueled his passion for education by creating an accredited, undergraduate LLB degree-granting law faculty for the University of Technology, Jamaica.  As a former member of the NYS bar, Dexter Wadsworth, Esq. evolved from associations with super-large law firms to ownership of his own two-city private law partnership, where he concentrated in diverse commercial real estate transactions.  Qualified in CARICOM nations and admitted to the Jamaican Bar, Wadsworth also advocated for hotel and resort developers throughout the Caribbean. On the eve of the 2008 economic meltdown, Mr. Wadsworth established an export operation in East Africa sourcing gold and other precious minerals for European investors.

He volunteered his time to the Hudson River Sailing Community; and is now spearheading a new community outreach sailing program based off the Baylander IX 514 naval vessel anchored at the West Harlem Piers, NY.
