As Vice President, Marketing and Customer Experience at Amazon’s Audible, Bolong Li leads cross-functional teams with the goal of driving sustained growth and improving customer experience on various platforms including web, app, and other devices. To achieve that, his team leverages a broad range of strategies and tactics including high-velocity testing, marquee events like Prime Day and Holiday, new product capability development, and new features going to market. He also led some major strategic partnerships like with Apple and Google. Bolong started his journey at Audible as a junior marketer and quickly grew to be one of the company’s senior leaders.
Prior to joining Audible, Bolong spent 2 years with Apple focusing on Business Development and Retail Management. Before that, he studied finance for both his college and graduate school and launched his career in the financial industry.
In addition to his work at Audible, Bolong teaches digital marketing within the graduate program at New York University. He is also a frequent public speaker at various digital marketing and leadership summits and was named on 2021 Forbes 60 Outstanding Chinese in North America.
Bolong’s experience developing and executing digital strategy extends more than 10 years, including full customer stages from acquisition to engagement and retention.
Bolong holds a master’s degree from New York University. He resides in New York with his family.
