Elena Langdon is an ATA-certified Portuguese-to-English translator, conference and community interpreter, and interpreter trainer with over 24 years of experience. She has a Master of Arts in Translation Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has taught interpreting and translation at several academic institutions in the US and abroad. Elena has volunteered and served on the Board of Directors for the ATA, the New England Translators Association (NETA), and the National Board of Certification for Medical Interpreters. Elena is currently the Professional Development Manager of the Massachusetts Trial Court's Office of Language Access.
