These courses delve into all aspects of the real estate development process including identifying phases of real estate development; applying market analysis and site selection techniques to projects; analyzing legal and regulatory environment of projects; identifying available entitlements and public-private partnership opportunities; writing project development feasibility, budget, and finance studies and identifying related options; applying planning, design, and construction management techniques to projects; and applying asset-management techniques to budget and operations. Learn about the Certificate in Development and Land Use. Note: Registering at least two weeks prior to the start of the course date is highly recommended. Popular classes fill up quickly and more specialized classes need sufficient enrollment.
