Zekeriya Secilmis
Adjunct InstructorZack Secilmis is an adjunct instructor of construction estimating and scheduling within the Schack institute of Real Estate. He has worked in the Construction industry since 1988 on a nationwide basis in various capacities such as jobsite foreman, draftsman, project manager, estimator and owner’s representative. During his career he has built high end commercial properties, luxury homes as well as the restoration of numerous landmark properties. Mr. Secilmis also acts as a consultant and expert witness in construction claims that require his expertise. At NYUSPS he has taught Construction Cost Estimating, Estimating for MEP and Project Scheduling.
