Patricia Quiddington, PCC
Adjunct InstructorPatricia Quiddington has taught at NYU since 2017 and is the Founder and CEO of Blue Arbor International LLC. She has over 20 years’ experience working with business leaders, C-suite executives and teams worldwide. Patricia designs and executes coaching and corporate learning programs to enhance development of managerial competencies.
Her evidence-based approach aims to deliver tangible returns and performance improvement within each client engagement. She has extensive experience across a multitude of industries, including consumer goods, education, financial services, hospitality, manufacturing, not-for-profit, and pharmaceuticals sectors.
Patricia holds an M.A. in International Business, is fully qualified in numerous assessment tools and offers a psychometric foundation to her both her coaching and facilitation deliveries. Patricia is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and an International Coach Federation (ICF) assessor. She is currently working towards her Master Certified Coach (MCC) accreditation with ICF.
