Ciro Trotta

Ciro Trotta is an adjunct assistant professor at the NYU SPS Schack Institute of Real Estate, specializing in Real Estate Finance and Investment Analysis. He has taught at the Graduate and Non-credit levels. He maintains a commercial Finance-Investment consulting business that provides educational seminars, acquisition-investment, and credit-finance analysis to industry clients; partnerships, law firms, government agencies, and financial services companies (both domestic and foreign).  He has been honored by NYU SPS with the New York University Award for Teaching Excellence. He currently teaches the New York Real Estate Salesperson's (and Broker's) Courses, Real Estate Financial Analysis, Real Estate Financial Modeling Essentials, and The Business of Real Estate Intensive I: Property Valuation.
