Meera Thompson

Meera Thompson

Adjunct Instructor

Meera Thompson’s paintings are represented in numerous collections in the United States and Canada. Her works are exhibited frequently and have been featured in solo and group shows, as well as appearing in magazines and interior design stagings. Ms. Thompson began her career in art education at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, and she has been teaching studio art at NYUSPS since 2000. She graduated from Vassar College, received an M.F.A. from Boston University, and studied at the Art Students League. Meera Thompson is on the executive board of the Atlantic Gallery in Chelsea.
