Mr. Kyle is currently Managing Partner at e-bitda, LLC. e-bitda, LLC is an investment banking advisory firm based in New York that helps private middle market companies with executing their external growth strategies through mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Since founded in 2001, e-bitda, LLC has originated and completed middle market M&A and capital sourcing advisory transactions in the US and Canada totaling over $300 million. Mr. Kyle has over 27 years of investment banking and private equity experience. Prior to e-bitda, LLC he started his career in investment banking as an Associate at Morgan Stanley & Co., Incorporated in New
York and San Francisco. Mr. Kyle worked as an investment banker in a variety of product and industry groups including utilities, project finance, public finance and health care M&A. He structured, negotiated and executed over $1 Billion of financings and derivative products for Morgan Stanley’s largest corporate and government clients. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he worked for the Tennessee Valley Authority in Knoxville, TN as an Earthquake Engineering & Structural Dynamics Analyst, in their Division of Nuclear Engineering, within the Nuclear Power Group.

Mr. Kyle is currently an Adjunct Instructor at NYU’s School of Professional Services where he teaches a class on Corporate Valuations. He has also taught a workshop at NYU’s Stern School of Business, W.R. Berkley Innovation Labs and was a guest lecturer on Investment Banking and Venture Capital at Virginia Tech’s Pamplin Graduate College of Business.

Mr. Kyle received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. In addition, he earned an MBA in Finance from New York University's Leonard Stern School of Business.
