Stela Lupusor
Adjunct InstructorStela is on a mission to humanize the workplace. She goes at it in several ways: Leading Reframe.Work Inc. and consulting organizations, VC funds and technology innovators on how to create inclusive workplaces through the use of technology, human-centered design, people analytics, and future-thinking.
Stela is an adjunct at NYU School of Professional Studies teaching Digital Workplace Design and Design Thinking for HR. It is her way of influencing the future generations of HR professionals on the use of technology and human-centric inclusive design thinking principles to create a great workplace experience.
She works with the Conference Board’s Fortune 500 corporations-members and helps them rethink their workplace and workforce strategies through research and facilitated conversations so they can prepare for
what's ahead. Stela is also the co-founder of the Strategic HR Analytics Meet-up that over the past ten years is bringing together hundreds of members in the NYC area to shape their thinking around people analytics and its impact on the workplace.
Previously Stela led the people analytics functions at Fidelity Investments and TIAA where she developed analytics capabilities and enabled data-driven workforce decision making. She also led the HR Strategy and Social Analytics function at IBM where Stela built the “future of work” strategy for IBM. She brought to these initiatives her international consulting experience from Price Waterhouse, PwC Consulting and IBM Global Business Services.
Stela co-authored two books: “Humans at Work: The Art and Practice of Creating the Hybrid Workplace” and “Humanizing Human Capital: Invest in Your People for Optimal Business Returns.” Stela holds a diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science, speaks English, Romanian and Russian, has a patent pending for a social sentiment analysis tool, and is a sought-after speaker on the topics of Workplace Experience, People Analytics, ethical AI, WorkTech and the Future of Work.
