Sophie Oberstein is a learning & organizational development specialist at NYU. Previously, she created and managed a national coaching program for Weight Watchers. She has been in charge of employee development for Redwood City, founded a coaching and consulting practice, and served as a training manager at Citibank. She is the author of 10 Steps to Successful Coaching and Beyond Free Coffee & Donuts: Marketing Development, and has had numerous articles in professional journals. She is a past president of the Association for Talent Development’s Greater Philadelphia Chapter. Sophie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, with certification in Training & Development, and as a co-active coach (CPCC). She has been an adjunct instructor at NYU, Drexel and Menlo College.
