Matthew Ferguson
Adjunct InstructorMatthew S. Ferguson, PE, is an adjunct instructor with New York University School of Professional Studies, Schack Institute of Real Estate. He is a professional engineer, LEED Accredited Professional, and a Certified Energy Manager. He has worked on major infrastructure projects all over the world, including but not limited to office and residential towers, hospitals, court houses, tenant interiors, central plants, co-generation, universities, and sports stadiums. As both a design engineer and contractor, he brings a unique perspective of both engineering and construction to the classroom. As a sustainable participant in the 2030 challenge, he has participated with local governments and brought ideas to focus on energy and water conservation to his projects. Professor Ferguson is dedicated to bringing current standards and technologies to each of his classes.
