Melissa Green

Melissa E. Green, MA, is a real estate professional with an extensive background in all types of real estate finance, including construction lending, mixed use, multifamily, industrial and retail project finance.  She has significant experience in real estate troubled debt restructuring and has covered markets nationwide.  Her 25+ year career includes positions as a lender, portfolio manager, credit officer, and real estate broker with a range of companies including commercial and savings banks, finance companies, and private real estate development firms.  Ms. Green holds a BA from Vassar College, and an MA from New York University.
