Introduction to Monitoring and Evaluation

This course will introduce students to the fundamentals of monitoring and evaluation (M&E). It will address questions such as: What is monitoring and evaluation? Why do it? Who does it? By the end of this course, students will be able to develop a monitoring and evaluation theoretical framework. Group work plays a significant role in this program and is required. If you are not comfortable working in groups, you may want to reconsider your participation in this program.
